Diabetes Prevention Program: We are partnering with South Asian Women’s Centre. The Fall session targets Afro Caribbean population (but all welcome). This is a 6 week workshop series on Tuesdays.

Yoga Drop in: on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11-noon in the Sanctuary. This is aimed at all levels and abilities. The 77 year old instructor is an inspiration to participants to see the benefits of regular physical movement (eyes, neck, shoulders, wrists, etc) We call it stretching and breathing.
The Seniors’ will be having a fundraising Multicultural Dance Night on Tuesday June 27th in the Sanctuary at 4:30-7:30. Participants are encouraged to wear a costume from your country of origin.
