Yoga/Stretching and Breathing drop-in Class – Time Change


There has been a start time change to the Yoga Stretching and Breathing classes – they will now start at 10:00am on Tuesdays and Fridays in the Sanctuary. Please post and share with your clients. All ages and abilities.

As a reminder: These sessions are geared towards all ages and abilities they involve gentle movement for the entire body: neck, shoulders, eyes, face, back, knees, joints, etc. The exercises can be done on a mat, in a chair, they can be done most anywhere :).
