Check-in sessions are held with individual participants and/or parents and guardians on an as- needed basis to address identified support needs. Participants can meet one-on-one with program staff to receive information and assistance with issues such as family conflict, relationships, school, etc. Referrals to Centre-based resources (Social Workers, Counsellor/Therapist, Community Dietitian, Primary Care practitioners) or external agencies are made.
