Check-Ins
Check-in sessions are held with individual participants and/or parents and guardians on an as- needed basis to address identified support needs. Participants can meet one-on-one with program staff to receive information and assistance with issues such as family conflict, relationships, school, employment etc. Referrals to Centre-based resources (Social Workers, Counsellor/Therapist, Community Dietitian, Primary Care practitioners) or external agencies are made.
- Children 6-12 years of age
- Youth 13 – 24 years of age
- Daily – appointments with staff outside of program time
